SimplyWithUs provides facilitation and change services to small and large organisations alike covering four main areas: Strategy, Operations, Human Capital and Organisational Development. In addition we provide a “friendly ear” service to our small business clients sounding out and commenting on their plans and strategies and helping them find their inner strengths through our mentoring services.
 
We have experience across a wide range of businesses: in Technology, Professional Services, Higher and Further Education, Engineering and Construction, Retail and Wholesale and Energy and Utilities as well as supporting new start-ups and small enterprises. Identifying and utilising transferrable methodologies, SimplifyWithUs has been able to take the best parts of one industry and work with businesses to change or improve their own situation.
 
Further Education in Scotland
Over recent months SimplifyWithUs has been working with Scotland's Colleges and leading Further Education Colleges in Scotland assisting with the identification of new strategies to align their services to the commercial marketplace both nationally and internationally.
Intangible Asset Management
SimplifyWithUs has beem assisting Metis Partners in the delivery of a financial and business services sector focussed project for the IA Centre looking at how banks, investors and knowledge intensive businesses manage and exploit their intangible assets.
